James Savage has sued Donald Trump and Rudolph Giuliani with the argument that false claims that he helped carry out an alleged fraud in the presidential election of 2020 in favor of Joe Biden are the subject of multiple death threats against him, as well as two heart attacks.
Savage, Delaware County Voting Machine Warehouse Supervisor, contends that “his reputation has been assassinated nationally” , for being s indicated having entered 50, 000 votes in favor of Biden, say the documents presented before the Court of Common Causes of Philadelphia, where the prosecution maintains that “the plaintiff did nothing of that.”
“Acceptable collateral damage”
“Despite knowing the impossibility from such claims and innuendo, (Trump et al.) disseminated, republished and disseminated these outrageously defamatory statements and innuendo against Mr. Savage, subjecting him to threats of physical violence and causing the plaintiff to suffer (…) two heart attacks. ”
The lawsuit adds: “ In short, Mr. Savage’s physical safety, and reputation, were acceptable collateral damage to the evil ones. intentions of the accused here ”.
The text details one of the episodes that the plaintiff would have suffered.
