Just over a year ago, Christiane K., from 28 years , assured that his “world collapsed” when saw his ex-partner in a photo with another woman , his new partner. Full of jealousy and “despair”, the young woman wanted to punish him , and murdered five of his six children, ages 1 to 8 , suffocating them.
The authorities found dead the bodies of Melina, Leonie, Sophie, Timo and Luca in the apartment where they lived with his mother in September 2020 , in Solingen , in western Germany . She claims that her motivation for committing the heinous crime that shocked the entire country was the feelings of “disappointment, anger and despair” that she experienced, despite being separated from her ex-partner for about a year.
The court of Wuppertal sentenced her to life imprisonment for the crime that the woman committed for, allegedly, not having been able to bear the reality that her former partner I was already with another woman.
Then, Christiane made him a threat that he carried out: that he would never see his children again.
On September 3, the woman drugged her children to sleep and, one after another, woke them up to suffocate or strangle them in the bathroom . Then wrapped them in towels and put them on the bed , where the authorities found the bodies of the three girls 1, 2 and 3 years old, and two children, 6 and 8 years old.
On the same day, the woman tried to kill himself by throwing himself onto the train tracks, but survived the serious injuries.
