An electrician at a hospital in England pleaded guilty Thursday to killing and then sexually assaulting two women decades ago , and also committing dozens of other sexual assaults on the corpses of women in the morgues where he worked.
four days after her trial for the separate murders in 1987 of Wendy Knell, from 24 years, and Caroline Pierce, of 20, in Kent.
“ I’ve never come across anything like this, the numbers, the nature of the offense, and I don’t know of anyone who has, be it the police or other prosecutors, ”said CPS Lead Prosecutor Libby Clark.

Fuller was only arrested for the murders last December following a DNA discovery.
Police investigating the gruesome homicides found footage of him carrying out necrophilia crimes in two morgues at Fuller’s home.
Before his trial, Fuller faced other 51 crimes, including 44 charges related to 78 victims identified in morgues.
In the court this week, prosecutors said sexually assaulted at least 99 dead women and girls between 2008 and 2020 .
Fuller’s victims included minors and other women over 85 years.
Following the disturbing revelations, Health Secretary Sajid Javid has asked the health sector to review access to the morgue and the autopsy.
Interior Minister Priti Patel described the case as “shocking.” “The disgusting nature of the crimes committed will understandably provoke public disgust and concern,” he added.
