A woman, allegedly a lawyer, was kidnapped in front of the Civil Courts of the border municipality of Tijuana, in the state of Baja California, in Mexico by two men who were driving a pickup truck.
The kidnapping was registered in Tijuana courts, and was captured on video by a person who asked that the victim be left in the scenes, observe men starring in pulling, hitting and taking her by force.

In social networks the victim was identified as lawyer Monserrat Álvarez.
In the videos, people are observed inside the court area and to people who witnessed the deprivation of liberty, but no one intervened, although one person was heard asking to stop attacking her.
