Britney Spears' sister reveals in her memoir that her parents pressured her to have an abortion

The announcement that the younger sister of Britney Spears had written her memoir “Things I should have said” put the fans of the pop princess , who believed that Jamie Lynn would use the occasion to reveal intimate details of the life and legal guardianship of the artist, but the first fragments of the book reveal that the author has focused on her relationship with her parents.

Jamie Lynn Spears , who began his television career as the lead in the series “Zoey 101 ”, revealed that her entire circle of relatives -including her parents- pressed her hard to have an abortion when she became pregnant with her first daughter as a teenager. According to him, they took away his cell phone so that he could not communicate with anyone and they prohibited him from sharing the news with Britney. “I needed her more than ever and she couldn’t help me at my most vulnerable moment. To this day I still feel the pain of not being able to tell my sister, ”the actress wrote.

The former youth star also revealed that it was her team that organized the exclusive through which she introduced her baby to the world in the magazine OK! , and that both she and her mother hid in a cabin from Connecticut while they waited for the images to be released. It was there that they spent their Thanksgiving feast that year together, and Jamie still remembers that her mother did nothing to hide her disappointment at her youngest daughter’s decision to become a mother to the 16 years.
