Discussion among Hispanic neighbors ends with three shot and one dead in Houston; the noise of the music sparked the deadly altercation

HOUSTON – An argument between neighbors that apparently escalated to a violent degree ended up claiming the life of a Hispanic man this Sunday in the southeast of the city.

The incident occurred in a mobile home lot at around 4 pm, according to authorities.

The Houston Police were called to the 10800 block of Telephone Street for a shooting that broke out between neighbors .

The patrols arrived at the lot six minutes after the call and found several people shot.

Officials believe that the shooting was unleashed after one of the neighbors was disturbed by the noise of the music being played by another neighbor.

The neighbor who complained about the noise went and confronted the people who were outside listening to the music and a fight broke out.

Two men drew pistols and began to shoot, one of the armed men was shot dead at the scene, according to the Police.

The wife and son of the man involved in the shooting who survived the confrontation left a mobile home during the altercation and were shot by the shooter who died in the incident.

The woman who was described as Hispanic in her thirties was taken to the hospital. Your condition has not been updated.

The man who survived the shooting was arrested by officers at the scene and was reportedly not injured in the confrontation.

The weapons were recovered and the investigation remains open.
