Brother claims he was asleep when he stabbed to death his twin sister; stabbed her several times

HOUSTON – A young man of 17 who has been accused of having stabbed death to his twin sister assures that when he entered her room to stick the knife in the nape he was asleep and that when he woke up he realized that his sister was bleeding and tried to help her.

This Thursday in a Houston court, new details of the incident that left a young woman dead on Wednesday morning in a house in the Katy area were known .

According to the investigators, during the presentation of the criminal charges, Benjamin David Elliot, of 17 years, she would have told them she was dreaming of stabbing her twin sister, Meghan Elliot, multiple times.

According to the Police, the now accused said that when he woke up he realized that it was not a dream and tried to help her sister by putting a pillow on her neck and calling 911.

According to the sheriff, Ed González, the incident was registered in the block 4100 Brown Meadow Ct, in the Ricewood Village neighborhood, in the North Katy area, shortly before 5 am

The child died of stab wounds.

The young man of 17 was arrested by the officers who attended to the scene.

After being arrested, he was referred to mental health care, for which he did not appear at the hearing to charge the charges.
