The singer Espinoza Paz , from 39 years and who is originally from Angostura, Sinaloa , went through hard times during his childhood and his youth, because not only suffered the death of his mother, Doña María de la Paz , but also had to overcome several setbacks during his beginnings in the music scene.
‘El Poeta del Pueblo’, as he is also known, whenever he can visit the humble community that saw him grow up and in which his legacy is still alive, because there is the ranch of Doña Cuca , his grandmother, which he himself remodeled to give a decent home to which he defines as ‘the woman he loves the most’.
“Espinoza Paz invited us to visit his ranch, a place full of peace, memories and, very importantly, a house created to the singer’s taste in honor of his grandmother,” commented the program ‘Sal y Pimienta ‘during their visit, in 2016, to ranch located in the little town of Campo el General .
Although the street where it is located is unpaved, the house seems to be taken from one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Mexico, having large dimensions and with all the comforts that we can imagine.
The ranch, which has two floors, has extensive green areas outside, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with walkways, with fruit trees, with terraces and with various amenities.
During the tour the kitchen was shown, which stands out for its rustic cupboard, for its stainless steel appliances, for its brick wall, as well as for being open and quite spacious .
Inside the kitchen, which opens directly onto a terrace, there is a rectangular dining table with capacity for up to 12 people, this being the place where the family used to meet.
In the rooftop area, one of the most special places for Espinoza Paz is located and it is the room where he tried to shut himself up to record the songs that minutes before he had composed in the fields or on the street.
A few months ago the ranch was visited again, but this time by the Margarito Music Oficial video channel, where the exterior of the impressive house was shown and some shots were taken aerial, with which we could appreciate its size in more detail.
House in Mazatlán
In addition to the Campo el General ranch, the interpreter of ‘Lo Intentamos’ also owns a very nice house in Mazatlán , Sinaloa , which is where your recording studio is located.
That property He showed it during a tour he gave to the YouTube channel, ‘Erazno y La Chokolata’, where we were able to observe the good taste he has for decoration.
In that house he has a very nice terrace built by himself, where he can organize a delicious roast meat for his distinguished guests, since, in addition to the Music, cooking is another of his greatest passions.
From the terrace you have access to the kitchen, a room that is open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with brown cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a rectangular wooden table with space for 16 people.
After the kitchen he showed off his television room, a room that is made up of furniture that he himself built, a mirror, a sofas and a television screen.
The house is completed by a living room trophies and for his recording studio, which is where the inspiration for some of his most successful hot springs has arisen and where he has even recorded other representatives of the Mexican regional.
Despite his current fortune, Espinoza Paz does not forget his origins in Sinaloa and the months he lived in Oregon, where he worked as a gardener and even washing dishes, activities that, to this day, he feels more than proud.
