Body of a girl is rescued from the rubble of the collapse of a hill in Tlalnepantla Mexico

The body of a three-year-old girl named Mía Mayrín was taken from the rubble of the collapse of part of the hill del Chiquihuite, in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico .

It was around 19: 00 hours of this Tuesday 14, time in central Mexico, when rescue personnel managed to rescue the body of the minor from the tons of stone.

After the rescue, the remains were transferred to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico, located in Barrientos, where the efforts to verify his identity.

After identification, the body was handed over to the relatives who carried out the wake of the girl to give her her last goodbye. It is expected that this Thursday 16 will be buried.

With this rescue, there are two confirmed dead people, while the authorities are still looking for two more missing people: Paola Daniela from 22 years, mother of Mía Mayrín, and another of her five-year-old children named Dylan.

In recent days the rescue of two dogs, however one of them lost his life despite an attempt by a sailor to try to revive him .

Around 141 homes were evicted at the risk of new landslides in addition to the fact that collection centers were placed in the area to support those affected with food.

The authorities asked the population living nearby of the ground zero of the collapse, do not burn pyrotechnics for national celebrations, this to avoid obstructing the rescue work with noise.

It was last Friday 10 September, around 14: 30 hours, when the collapse of the slope of the Cerro del Chiquihuite was recorded in the Lázaro Cárdenas neighborhood, Third Section, in the municipality of Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico , north of Mexico City.
