FIFA and CAF take precautions

“The current political and security situation in Guinea is quite volatile and is being closely monitored by FIFA and CAF (…) to ensure the safety of all players and protect all match officials, FIFA and CAF have decided to postpone the match qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2022 between Guinea and Morocco, which was scheduled to take place in Conakry, Guinea, on Monday, September 6 (…) the rescheduling information will be available at a later date ”, both entities said in a statement.”
