A couple convicted earlier this summer for a humanitarian aid fraud estimated at $ 11 million dollars , in the town of Encino. in the San Fernando Valley.
Richard Ayvazyan, from 43 years, his wife Marietta Terabelian, of 37, they cut the electronic monitoring shackles on the ankle to escape .

It was planned that on October 4 were sentenced in Los Angeles federal court .
Last June, Ayvazyan and Terabelian, along with two other relatives, were found guilty of fraudulently obtaining more than $ 18 millions of dollars in Economic Injury Disaster Loan and Paycheck Protection program funds .
Evidence accused them
The culprits used the money to make down payments on luxury homes in Tarzana, Glenddale and Palm Desettm , as well as to purchase luxury items. such as gold coins, diamonds, high-end watches, imported furniture, designer handbags, clothing, and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Evidence showed that Ayvazyan, Terabelian and their accomplices used false or stolen identities to submit fraudulent loan applications .
Defendants also resorted to false documentation to present to lenders and the Administration of Small Businesses, among which were identifications, tax documents and payroll records.
The authorities considered the couple as fugitives , so requested the collaboration of residents to locate them.
Since Sunday the whereabouts of the couple are unknown.
The FBI office in Los Angeles provided the number 43 – 477 – 6565 to receive any in training that allows them to capture the culprits.
