A Hispanic woman accused that she was drugged and raped in a bar in the city of Fullerton , in Orange County.
Samantha Velásquez denounced that she was sexually assaulted on the night of August 1 at the JP 23 Urban Kitchen & Bar , located in downtown Fullerton.
Last Saturday, Fullerton residents demonstrated in front of the business premises to demand justice for Samantha and other assaulted women.

In recounting his experience, Velásquez stated that he woke up in the parking lot and realized that he did not have his cell phone and her other belongings , so she could not contact someone to ask for help.
After walking home, the woman Hispanic mentioned that she decided to go to the police to file a complaint .
After a physical examination in the medical service, Samantha realized that that she had been raped and that she had bruises all over her body.
Recalling what she experienced on August 1, Velásquez said that she went to the JP bar 23, where she met a friend and another person , with whom she danced and sang during the night.
After her friends left, the last thing Samantha remembers is a man who bought her and two other women drinks, at which point she thinks she was drugged .
An unidentified subject bought you drinks
A security video of the business, which was seen by some representatives of the media, showed Samantha accompanied by an individual who was buying her a drink.
Moments after he served her another drink, the woman’s physical behavior changed . At approximately 1: 30 am, Velásquez was observed stumbling as he left the bar taking command of the subject.
In another security video that was recorded outside the business, two men and several women were observed joining Velásquez and his companion . It is the last thing that is observed of the group.
After presenting her complaint, Samantha indicated that she had received continuous messages, many of them from other women in which they told her that they had had similar experiences in said bar.
Local media reported that the Fullerton police were aware of the complaint filed by Velásquez and that had initiated an investigation into this case .
