The child was of Hispanic origin who died in a fire early this Sunday in a house in Moreno Valley, in Riverside County.

In the incident three other resid entities of the address located on Dolan Drive, as well as four officers , intoxicated by smoke inhalation.
The three members of the family, who were rescued from the flames by the sheriff’s deputies, report in critical condition .
Later, neighbors and friends of the family placed flowers outside the home, in memory of the little deceased.
The mayor of Moreno Valley, Yxstian Gutiérrez , published a statement on the official website of the city in which he lamented the death of the child.
In the letter, Gutiérrez reported that when the officers arrived the house was engulfed in fire and full of smoke .
The The mayor stated that the bailiff’s deputies went directly to the house and managed to find and rescue three of the inhabitants , but unfortunately they were seriously injured and burned.
Without being able to be rescued
The security elements could not return to the interior of the house, so they could not get Joshua alive, who was going to be 2 years old this fall .
Joshua’s great-grandmother, father and stepmother , who is pregnant.
The three civilians and four sheriff’s deputies who were injured were transferred to the Riverside University Health System for medical attention.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family for the loss of their child and for our first responders to be at peace after experiencing such an event. traumatic. On behalf of the city, I thank our first responders for their heroic acts, ”wrote the official.
The fire was extinguished by firefighters in 20 minutes , managing to prevent the flames from spreading to neighboring houses.
The authorities carry out the investigation to find out the causes that originated the fire, but some versions of the family indicated that the flames started in the kitchen . Apparently the smoke detectors did not go off.
Friends opened a GoFundMe account to support the affected family.
