The series of “ The Lord of the Rings ” finally arrives on Amazon Prime Video from September 2, 2022. It will be next year when fans will be able to see the epic production that still does not have an official title and that finished filming in New Zealand today.
This new and epic drama will carry to the screen for the first time to JRR Tolkien’s legendary Second Age of Middle-earth history. Beginning in a time of relative peace, thousands of years before the events of the books “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings” by JRR Tolkien , the series continues a cast of characters, known and new, as they confront the feared resurgence of evil in Middle-earth.
