Brazilian footballers mocked Argentina's elimination at Tokyo 2020

The eternal rivalry between the soccer teams of Brazil and Argentina was present in the J Tokyo Olympics 2020.

The Argentines drew 1-1 against the Spanish team and the result was not enough to qualify for the next round of the contest.

For that reason the footballers Reinier Jesús, Matheus Cunha, Richrlison and Douglas Luiz took the time to take a picture and say goodbye to the Argentines.

Douglas Luiz posted a photo on his Instagram account and in it he wrote “Tchau little brothers” , accompanied by an emoticon of a hand saying goodbye.

Oops! Oops! Oops! This has already heated up… 🔥

But the story had a tail and the Argentine player Rodrigo de Paul answered them with another photo, asking for silence before the champion.

In part, the elimination of Argentina generates relief in the Brazilians, who still have suspicions about what happened in the Cup America. In the mixed zone they asked Dani Alves about the possibility of facing the albiceleste in the quarterfinals of the Olympics, and he replied: “They had their revenge, we already eliminated them in the semifinals in the previous one ”.
