On Thursday night 22 July, Univision was partying with the Premios Juventud 2021 . Sebastián Yatra , Chiquis Rivera and Alejandra Espinoza were the hosts of the gala that saw many artists perform on stage. A face-to-face event where music and fun were not lacking and the public at home was also present.
Premios Juventud 2021 became the most watched Hispanic primetime in the United States, scoring 1.9 million in total during its three-hour average. The average number of adults between 18 and 49 years of age achieved 854 thousand, being the highest of the night.
Before the main gala, a pre-show was broadcast that marked 1.3 million in total and 536 thousand in the demo, dominating a whole night.
Telemundo continued with its regular programming starting at 7 pm/6c with “Exatlón” that marked 987 thousand in total and 382 thousand in the demo.
At 9 pm/8c, “Hercai: Amor y Venganza” scored the highest of the night for the Hispanic network with 1.2 million total viewers and 523 thousand in the young adult demo.
At the end of the night there was “Café Con Aroma de Mujer” which was the lowest for the chain with 886 thousand in total and 387 thousand in the demo.
