After just over an hour and a half with the alarm lights fired by the police and firefighters, a man was rescued safely who climbed a tower of 300 feet high amusement park Knott’s Berry Farm , in Buena Park.

According to Buena Park Police, the unidentified man climbed to the top of the Supreme Scream ride at approximately 7: 20 pm, which caused mobilization of the rescue corps, and it was until 9: 00 pm when he descended from the structure.

After the person is brought to safety , Paramedics from the Orange County Fire Authority took him to a local hospital .
So far, it is unknown how the man managed to scale the structure and if charges will be filed against him.
Police temporarily closed La Palma Ave., between Beach Boulevard and Western Ave., in addition to asking residents of stay away from said area .
