Hilary Duff shared unpublished photos of the birth of his daughter Mae. In March, the actress and singer announced that her third daughter had come into the world and she did it in the comfort of her home. Now, he has shared the snapshots of what that moment was like.
The former Disney star of 33 years, she posted photos on her Instagram account where she can be seen ready to give birth. In the images she appears next to her husband, Matthew Koma, whom she married 2019.
The singer wanted the birth of her daughter to be special, at home with the help of a doula and using a plastic bathtub.
In the snapshots he shared with his more than 17. 7 million followers the singer is seen in the process she went through to have her baby ; from discomfort to happiness. “I feel ready to share some photos of Mae’s birthday. For me, feeling safe during labor and having a support system is crucial. Enough space, humor, tranquility and people who support my power, “he wrote in the publication.
Duff thanked the support he received from his mother, who has been there to help her. She also thanked her husband for the company.
“My husband is the quietest anchor in the room when I feel like climbing the walls” Hilary said. “My little Molly is an extraordinary doula who sat with me when I needed to be calm and still.”
Although she made it clear that the part was not easy, she recognized that giving birth is a of the most beautiful things. “A tedious, magical and miraculous adventure … So, a toast to the almighty mothers,” he concluded.
Hilary and Matthew are the proud parents of Banks, their 2-year-old daughter, and Mae James Blair, her newborn. The actress is also the mother of 9-year-old Luca, whom she had with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.
The singer and her husband met in 2017 , even though they parted ways for a few months, They resumed their relationship and later had their daughter Banks.
