Dodgers pitcher charged with alleged assault on woman after sexual encounter

The right-hand pitcher of Los Angeles Dodgers, Trevor Bauer, is charged with allegedly having physically assaulted a woman after a sexual encounter between the two.

So far it is known that the Department of Pasadena Police in California are investigating the case, which was registered in mid-May, as indicated by a source to ESPN.

In the next few hours the case could be delivered to the prosecutor’s office District to give continuity to the investigative process.

The MLB launched an investigation into Trevor Bauer, based on a complaint filed for assault and sexual abuse.

The pitcher denied the accusations and his lawyer alleges that it was only consensual violent sex.

About the victim it was known that received a restraining order for domestic violence from the Superior Court of Los Angeles County against him player.

The woman’s lawyer, Marc Garelick alleged that his client “ suffered severe physical and emotional pain after the recent assault ”From Bauer.

On the other hand, Bauer’s lawyer, Jon Fetterolf , told ESPN that the accusations against his client are false, and he described that they are defamatory and unfounded actions.
