Maite Perroni will now sue Claudia Martín and the magazine “Quien” for defamation

The decision was made by the former RBD after some audios were revealed in which Andrés Tovar’s wife tells him that she will sign the divorce and deny the gossip of the “third in discord” in exchange for money

After some audios of Claudia Martín were leaked asking Andrés Tovar for money , Maite Perroni assured that she will initiate a formal legal process against those who have engaged in the last dates of attacking her image.

The actress and singer of 38 years assured he will take formal actions against the magazine Who because the false information they have dedicated to sharing has brought disrepute to his reputation, honor, integrity and privacy. The statement that the artist sent to the medium also indicates that there were no text messages of any kind, as had previously been handled, in addition to the fact that the alleged infidelity is non-existent.

A few weeks ago Maite had assured that she only wanted an apology , however it seems that recent actions have changed her mind.

The former RBD emphasized that no one has exerted any kind of pressure against Claudia Martín or have forced her to receive money to stop talking about Maite and sign the divorce.

“From the beginning, Martín accepts as reality, according to what is heard in the audio, that everything is a lie and that his objective to tell the truth is in exchange for benefits economic and in kind for a year in exchange for granting the divorce to Andrés Tovar ”, dictates the artist’s statement.

Finally, Maite concludes by saying that she will not make any kind of comment on the matter and recalled the impeccable career that she has formed and the great personal and professional behavior that characterize her.

The problem between Maite Perroni, Claudia Martín and Andrés Tovar started in May , after a magazine shared the premise that Martín was divorcing Tovar and there was a “third in contention”. After Perroni was singled out, she denied it. Later Martín confirmed the separation and pointed out that he could counter-sue his colleague in the middle.
