Actor Kevin Hart , of 41 years and who we recently saw in the movie ‘Jumanji’, just bought an awesome mansion in Calabasas, California , which is located right next to the other he has in the area.
The comedian, who is considered one of the richest men in the genre, spent $ 7 million on the acquisition of his new home .
The purchase was completed last 26 of May, in an operation outside the market, but it was until now that the identity of the new owner was revealed.
According to the technical sheet, the property, which has an area of 9, 349 square feet and was built in 2004, belonged to Shakim Compere
The residence, which is distributed over two floors and draws attention for its tile roofs, counts on its interior with six bedrooms and six bathrooms.
As well as with hall, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, main room, family room, wine cellar, games room, study, garage for four vehicles, among other rooms.
The kitchen, which has just been recently remodeled, is quite spacious and has white cabinets, high-end appliances and a central island that works to prepare food.
The master bedroom has more than enough space for a large bed and a living room. It also has its own balcony, a very large dressing room, its bathroom with a double vanity, with a bathtub and a shower with a transparent screen.
Outside, in their 16. 33 acres of land, enjoys vast areas green, trails, fountains, resort-style pool with its respective spa area, jacuzzi, pool house and guest house.
It also has a koi pond with waterfall, a tennis court, a golf green, decks, barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, gazebo, vineyard, among other amenities.
Another highlight of the house is its privacy, as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac , so Kevin Hart will hardly be bothered by the presence of intruders.
