The president of United States, Joe Biden , warned this Monday that there are new challenges for international security , which come from Russia and China, shortly after arrival at the headquarters of NATO to participate in the summit of the leaders of the alliance.
“ Russia is not acting in a manner consistent with what we were expecting, and neither is China “, considered the US president, in a conversation with the secretary general of the alliance, Jens Stoltenberg.

In addition, he pointed out that during the meeting the leaders will support a new cyber defense policy, one of the targets of Washington, which has been the target in recent months of several hackers launched from Russian territory.
