Forester: Subaru SUV is updated from Japan

By: Driving.com

From its native country, the Subaru Forester shows its new face with slight cosmetic changes and equipment updates.

The fifth generation of the Subaru Forester receives a restyling from Japan that may be expanding to different markets.

Aesthetically the most radical modification is perceived in the refurbished optical groups. The grille and the bumper are also added to the changes.

The wheels of 18 inches feature more designs and in the posterior sector it would seem not to alter too much. On the other hand the Subaru Forester expands its exterior color palette with more variants.

Once inside, the renovated seats are appreciated but in general all the basic elements are maintained.

Under the hood the e-Boxer hybrid variants include the e-Active Shift Control device in charge of the various driving modes.

It should be remembered that the Subaru Forester equips a 150 CV together with CVT transmission and all-wheel drive.

From Japan, it is expected that soon this update may be available in the rest of the world.
