Jessica Johana Oseguera González alias La Negra, daughter of the drug trafficker Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes , alias el Mencho , the Señor de los Gallos or the Gallero , leader of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ( CJNG ) was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

The daughter of Mencho will spend two and a half years in jail, for “deliberately participating in financial deals” with six companies Mexican women sanctioned by the United States for providing material support to the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel , led by her father.
Oseguera González , of 34, declared himself guilty in March of the charges she faced, and was sentenced in a federal court in Washington to the maximum sentence she faced, 30 months in jail.
