Space Jam 2: final trailer released with LeBron James as leader of the Tune Squad
The second preview of the long-awaited sequel to Space Jam arrived to show new images of what will be seen on the screen. The movie to which it will be added LeBron James will be released the next 16 of July and promises to bring back the fun of the first installment.
Have passed 25 years since Michael Jordan starred in the animated film and marked a whole generation. Now, the story will be taken up again by the hand of James who will arrive in the land of the Looney Tunes to be part of a basketball team and thus save his son and the world from Bugs Bunny.
Bugs, Daffy Duck, Lola Bunny, Taz, Coyote, Road Runner and more, will team up to face a series of powerful villains who want to end their world and make them disappear. That is why James will have to lead the basketball team and win the long-awaited game that the entire galaxy will attend.
The premiere of Space Jam: A new Legacy will be next 16 July and will also be available through the platform HBO Max , which will make its debut in Latin America next 29 of June.
The new installment of the classic promises to rewrite a new chapter in animation. In the first images of the trailer it was shown that not only people from the Bugs Bunny universe will be present at the game, but also some other characters from the Warner Bros. universe.
Among those who were seen were the Iron Giant, some characters from Game of Thrones and A Clockwork Orange .
The first tape of Space Jam was a success when it was released in 1996, managing to raise more than $ 200 millions of dollars. It is unknown if the star, Michael Jordan, will make a guest appearance in the new installment, however the rumors have intensified.
The actress and singer Zendaya lent her voice in the original English version and will play the nice Lola Bunny, in addition to celebrities such as Steve Harvey, Sonequa Martin -Green and Don Cheadle.
