Rapper Shock G died of an overdose from a moral cocktail containing fentanyl and alcohol, among other substances. The report is given almost two months after his death.
According to the medium TMZ , the rapper from 57 years died accidentally after ingesting fentanyl , ethanol and methamphetamine, all of these substances mixed with alcohol. The doctor who spoke to the portal said this caused a fatal overdose.
The artist was found dead in his hotel room in Tampa in April. Her father, Edward Racker, was the one who broke the news to the media. The 22 of the same month he was declared dead.

Gregory Jacobs, the real name of the rapper , was the vocalist of the group Digital Underground, along with Jimi “Chopmaster J” Dright and Kenneth “Kenny-K” Waters. The group had its most active moment in 1987. The band officially disbanded in the year 2008.
After his time with Digital Underground, Shock G continued with his own musical hits.
