McLovin, the famous character from 'Superbad', turns 40: this is how he currently looks

This Thursday, June 3, social networks celebrated McLovin’s birthday . The alias of Fogell, a character played by actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse became one of the audience’s favorites when the movie Superbad premiered at the 2007. Now, to 13 years since the premiere of the film, fans of the film celebrate the birthday 40 from the Hawaiian.

The same Mintz-Plasse, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jake Tapper and Seth Rogen, made use of their social networks to celebrate the popular character. On their Twitter account , Rogen recalled that they had 14 years when this joke was written.

The film starring Jonah Hill, Michael Cera and Mintz-Plasse is about a group of three teenagers who are invited to a party but must look for alcohol. One of them gets a fake ID under the alias “McLovin.” Identification ensures that the person lives in Hawaii and has 26 years.

The situation gets complicated after “McLovin” is in the liquor store with two police officers who join him to show him that the authority is not so bad. This joke became one of the most remembered on the internet.

Currently the actor who gave life to the iconic McLovin has 31 years, has remained active in the artistic environment and from time to time recalls his time in Superbad .
