The Fisher-price company has recalled two of its baby balancers due to “heartbreaking incidents” in which 4 babies lost their lives while using it.
These are “Rock ‘n Glide” products, specifically the 4 models in 1 and 2 in 1 that were sold in American mass consumption stores in the United States such as Walmart, Target and Amazon. This was reported by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The four fatal incidents occurred between April of the year 2019 and February of the year 2020:
“The fatalities were a 4-month-old baby from Missouri, a 2-month-old baby from Nevada, a 2-month-old baby from Michigan, and a baby from 11 weeks of Colorado. There have been no fatalities in the 2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play Gliders. ”
