The actor referred to Taiwan as a country, which was not to the liking of some Asian fans of the series. The independence of Taiwan is a topic that has given much to talk about in the East, because while China views democratic Taiwan as a separatist province, Taiwan considers itself a sovereign state.

In China, the ninth installment raised $ 137 millions of dollars during its first order week available in theaters. The eighth part raised $ 392 million dollars, which was two more than one-seventh.
