TEXAS – Customs and Border Protection agents confront strange situations at different border crossings ranging from drug traffickers trying to cross drugs in fruit containers to people being transported in trailers and in a recent case discovered weapons hidden in sofas .

The authorities reported that seized several assault weapons, chargers and telescopic sights hidden in futon-type sofas in the border with Mexico, this Sunday.

Federal agents discovered the shipment during a search in the exit lanes of the United States in the international port that connects Del Río (Texas ) with Ciudad Acuña (Mexico).
