Kim Kardashian has been sued by seven of her former domestic employees

The plaintiffs worked in landscaping and maintenance; argue that the socialite refused to reward them for overtime and that they could not take lunch breaks throughout the working day

This Monday seven domestic employees who worked in the mansion that Kim Kardashian has in the exclusive urbanization of Hidden Hills have filed a lawsuit against her, accusing her of not paying her wages on time and of withholding the 10 percent of them to cover taxes.

They also argue that the celebrity refused to reward them for overtime and that they were unable to take meal breaks throughout the working hours, as revealed by column Page Six from the newspaper New York Post . One of them, from 16 years, claims that he was forced to work more than the maximum of 24 weekly hours allowed by law for a minor employee in the summer, and another claims he was fired in how much he raised his complaints on the subject of taxes and overtime. They all worked in landscaping and maintenance, and their common legal representative has hinted that they could take further legal action against Kim very soon.
