The President of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador ( AMLO ) revealed that José Antonio Yépez , alias the Marro , leader huachicolero and drug trafficker of Santa Rosa de Lima Cartel , was exonerated (exonerated, pardoned) by a judge of crimes against public servants , this despite having directly threatened the Mexican president through narcomantas .
“We saw that a judge exonerates a gang leader who is imprisoned, in Guanajuato , in the Altiplano , José Antonio Yépez , they exonerate him of the crime against public servants. Then the Council of the Judiciary has to know that ”, he explained during his morning conference.

The Marro was arrested at dawn of August 2 of last year in the municipality of Juventino Rosas, in an operation led by the Army, and transferred to the Guanajuato Prosecutor’s Office, where he was processed for kidnapping in the local jurisdiction.
He was later sent to the federal prison of Altiplano , where he was linked to a process for organized crime and theft of fuel .
Last February, Yépez Ortiz accused mistreatment and torture for what that a federal judge granted him a suspension and ordered to administer medications to control his cholesterol levels, as well as to cease any possible mistreatment, segregation or torture within the prison.
Marro’s threat to AMLO
The Marro became known after being behind narcomantas leave as in the city of Celaya , where he threatened President Andrés Manuel López Obrador for the operations that the Mexican Government carried out against the theft of fuel or huachicoleo, at the beginning of his administration in the first months of 2019.

In spite of this, then by videos denied that he or his criminal group had been behind the threats against the Mexican president.
Accused Amlo of supporting the CJNG
Before being arrested el Marro accused AMLO of supporting the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel and Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes alias el Mencho, leader of that organization, and that day he also confirmed his alliance with the Sinaloa Cartel ( CDS ) whom he referred to as the “ gentlemen of the front it was“.

“This is for you Government thieves , humiliated, made with the family and I am going to be a stone in their shoe, I am going to crack their mother, they are going to see, sold, sells corrupt countries (…) (…) Don’t think they scare me. Go away you and the Mencho old gonorreic that not even the face gives, you and the Jalisco ”, the message ended on huachicolero evidently angry days before being detained by the authorities.
