Trailer released for “Friends: the Reunion”
Friends: The Reunion has just released its official trailer which presents a preview of what will be seen in the special episode that will premiere next Thursday 27 of May through the screen of HBO Max.
Actors Jennifer Aniston , Courteney Cox , Lisa Kudrow , Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer will return to their emblematic per sonajes for a special chapter where they will remember the moments they spent together, they will tell funny anecdotes and they will recreate the phrases that made them famous. In the two minute clip you can see how the friends got together on the set that saw them grow up.
The scene with which the clip shows a group of friends gathered in Monica’s apartment, playing one of her classic games. “The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally here” is read in the curtains of the clip.
Later you can see how the actors walk around the set and they joke about moments that made history; “Did Ross and Rachael take a break?” , the interviewer questions the group of actors to which the majority answered yes with the exception of Matt LeBlanc.
The images mix emblematic scenes from the series, plus it also reveals that popular characters from the sitcom will return to their role as Maggie Wheeler as “Janice.”
The video released this Wednesday got thousands of views within minutes of being released.
Just the past 16 of May HBO Max released a teaser to prepare fans of the series.
The arrival of the expected reunion of Friends occurs the same year as the launch of the HBO Max platform, which represents a great win for the company against the greats of streaming.
Additionally, to celebrate the sitcom reunion episode, TBS will broadcast all the episodes of the series in a marathon entitled “Friends: From the Beginning” which is scheduled for June 4 .
Through their official social networks the actors shared the trailer of the special episode with their millions of followers and so far they have reached millions of views, Jennifer Aniston alone accumulated 1.3 million views on her Instagram account to only 27 minutes of posting.
