Horror in Arizona: a mother killed her 7 and 9-year-old children because she heard “voices”

A mother of Arizona was charged with the murder of his two sons. The authorities revealed that the woman told them that had heard “voices” that ordered her to kill them.

Yui Inoue , from 40 years , was arrested for first degree murder in Tempe, Arizona, following the deaths of her 9-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son, Central Arizona reported Sunday. The woman, who speaks mainly Japanese, reportedly killed her children with a butcher knife and then covered the bodies with a sheet and boxes, according to Sgt. Steven Carbajal, a spokesman for the Tempe police, a Phoenix suburb. Inoue had blood and wounds on her body when she was arrested.

The event shocked the town, which is awaiting the initial investigations.

The mother drove of her own free will to the local police station and around 7 am on Saturday he told an officer that he had killed his children. “He heard voices that told him to kill them” , Carbajal said.

A steak knife with a 6-inch blade (15 centimeters) was found in a bag of blood in Inoue’s car.

“A policeman was going out to his normal duties when she she called him, she was dismayed ”, said Carbajal.

The police immediately went to the woman’s apartment and there they found the girl and the boy with ” obvious signs of violence. ”

so unfortunate that 9 and 7 year old children who depend on their parents, especially their mother, are involved in such a tragic event ”.

Police said the uniformed men had been in the department hours before the same Saturday due to a dispute between the woman and her husband.

Police said they found that the minors were fine and in bed at the time they visited the home. They found nothing abnormal to call social services. There was no previous record of violence within the family.

“There was nothing to indicate an immediate threat for the children, ”said the officer. “Parents argue and have differences that most of the times do not need any other type of intervention.”

The father was not in the department where the police found the bodies. “He fell apart” when he found out what happened, Carbajal said of the moment the news was delivered to the man.
