The Irving thing is already something recurrent. It is the second time that the player has been fined for not complying with the media guideline. This penalty also falls on his team.
In December, Irving and the Nets were fined $ 25,000 each after he turned down numerous requests to speak to reporters during training camp.
In fact, the fines seem to make him uncomfortable, after of the sanction he wrote on his Instagram: “I pray that we use the ‘fine money’ for underserved communities in need, especially seeing where our world is currently,” wrote Irving. “ I am here for peace, love and greatness . So stop distracting me and my team and appreciate the art. We move differently here ”.
