A new video, from the cameras of the C2 of the Mayor’s Office of Tláhuac de Mexico City, shows the exact moment of the collapse of the section of the Line 12 of the Metro, between Olivos and Tezonco stations

Authorities of Mexico City released a new video about the moment in which the collapsed a section of the Line 12 of the subway, between Olivos and Tezonco stations, on the night of Monday, May 3 at 20: 23 hours.

This is one of the C2 cameras of the Mayor’s Office of Tláhuac, where in the upper left corner of the shot the moment of the crash is observed.

Seconds before the collapse, the image shows the movement of vehicles on Tláhuac avenue while several people walk on the sidewalk .

Mom Later, the elevated structure begins to collapse. You can immediately see how sparks are coming out of the high voltage cables as the raised bridge is collapsing.

Other images show the interior of one of the Metro wagons collapsed where a person is on the floor.

So far the authorities report 25 dead, 38 hospitalized and 15 missing people. As Norwegian experts carry out the corresponding expert opinions to determine the causes of the accident.
