There is no doubt that pushy and rude bosses are always a nightmare and a bad experience for who has to deal with them every day.
Perhaps for that reason, is that many people identified with the story of a woman what work 35 years in the cleaning area of a bank in England, and who dedicated a few words to his cruel and aggressive boss one day before retiring .
In a simple and respectful letter, Julie Cousin, made the courage to write something to her boss that could help her change her dealings with the people she works with.
The letter says:
“Hello, girls, tomorrow I’ll clean one last time for HSBC . I’ve packed a bucket of cleaning supplies for the next cleaning staff, whoever they are!
I quit work Julie after the way you reprimanded me in the office. It was aggressive and cruel, but that is a reflection of you, not mine.
So in the future, please remember all:
In a world where you can be anything, BE KIND .
Because they are no better than cleaning staff. Greetings, Julie. ”
And this is why I love my mum. She’s been cleaning banks for 35 years and today walked out with this lovely note left for that awful manager. Happy retirement Mum – always have the last laugh eh! 💚☺️ # Tada pic.twitter.com/u8G73 MTPMA

He also commented: “Yes! What a woman! No one is better than anyone. I hope this gets the attention it deserves because the bank needs to know “.
The response on the social network was immediate because many people felt identified with the woman who expressed her feelings honestly and without being rude.
One of her messages says: “I was raised to believe that work is work and that Anyone who gets up and goes to work deserves the same respect , whether they pick up trash or run the company. Good for your mom! I respect!“
