Los Dos Carnales star in the new episode of Artist Spotlight on Amazon Music LAT! N where fans can see “El Corrido de Miami “

Amazon Music LAT! N continues to highlight Latin music characters and this time it was the turn of Imanol and Poncho Quezada, known as Los Dos Carnales . Artist Spotlight gives fans a more intimate side of their favorite artists. The group stars in “El Corrido de Miami” which shows their first trip to Miami, days before the Latin AMAs 2021 , where they were nominated in three categories, including New Artist of the Year.

In this video Imanol and Poncho narrate their roots, their love for music and for his family, as well as the path they have traveled to lift up northern music and their hometown, San Pedro de las Colonias in Coahuila, reaching places and audiences that they never imagined.

They share how their father and grandfather were fundamental figures for both of them to start playing.

“ I remember that since I came from kindergarten my father had bought me an accordion. I would come and spend the whole day on the couch playing and playing. Then my grandfather came and said you sing the first voice and your son cast the second. We played a lot and we went from group to group and 6 years ago we decided to form Los Dos Carnales “, declared Imanol .

Poncho reflects and says that “ sometimes it is strange to remember that 5 years ago we were in the canteen in a little corner playing and now look at everything we are achieving, that we are playing in Spain “.

Los Dos Carnales are also happy and grateful for the success they have achieved, recognizing that many people have supported them and Poncho highlighted “ always knowing where we come from and where we want to go. In “El Corrido de Miami”, Imanol and Poncho visit places like El Pub Restaurante, known for its Cuban coffee, or the Art District in Little Havana , the Latin quarter of Miami, and enjoy a presentation with its most recent song, “The Million Question”, in the emblematic Calle 8.
