Flamengo’s Brazilian forward, Gabriel Barbosa “Gabigol” agreed to pay a fine of about $ 20, 200 dollars for failing to comply with the sanitary measures against the coronavirus when going to a clandestine casino in the past 14 March in Sao Paulo.

In a telematic hearing, the Justice of Sao Paulo accepted the agreement reached between Gabigol and the Prosecutor’s Office through which the footballer promised to pay that fine in exchange for not being prosecuted for a crime against public health.
The former player of Santos and Inter Milan must deposit within 26 days the $ 26, 200 fine dollars , which will go to the Municipal Fund for Children and Adolescents, according to the ruling published by the Court of Justice of Sao Paulo.
The battering ram was arrested in the early morning of the past 04 March in an evening with others 150 people and in a clandestine casino in Sao Paulo , despite the curfew and the ban on holding parties in the city in order to prevent the spread of COVID – 19
