MIAMI – A nurse has been arrested in the city of Miami for allegedly recording videos in which she appeared pouring threats against the Vice President of the United States, Kamala Harris.

The woman , who works at Jackson Memorial Hospital in South Florida, has been identified as Niviane Petit Phelps and has been linked to that hospital since 2001. According to court documents, the woman sent those videos to her husband, who is currently in a jail in Crawfordville, Florida.
