TEXAS – Texas fire department officials conceded that an eight-year-old boy was recently vaccinated against COVID – 19 by mistake.
The huge failure occurred in a headquarters that administers COVID vaccines – 19 in the area of Grand Prairie , near Dallas.
Dallas County requires individuals to register online prior to receiving the vaccine and date of birth is required on the form of each person.
In a statement the Dallas County judge said that was a human error on the part of the organization that monitors the list of records by not properly reviewing the data.
Dallas County authorities said the technology department is working with the organization to make sure the mistake is not made again.
From 29 March, those older than 16 are eligible to receive the vaccine in Tex as, but it has not been approved for children under 16.
