The IRS announced that taxpayers who do not receive direct deposit by March must be watch the mail in the next few weeks for a paper check or EIP debit card

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) began the delivery of direct payments of the third check for $ 1, 400 dollars one day after President Joe Biden signed the financial aid package.
The agency will send weekly batches of payments and the second round is scheduled that reaches the bank accounts this 24 of March.
The IRS will try to send most of the money by direct deposit, but to expedite payments that cannot be sent directly to bank accounts, too will rely on the postal service to send paper checks and debit cards to American households.
The IRS told Americans that if they do not receive direct deposit before the 24 March should be watch the mail to receive your third stimulus check or your card debit debit EIP , which may be different than the way you received your payments from previous stimulus.
Paper checks will arrive in the mail in a white envelope from the United States Department of the Treasury. For those taxpayers who received their tax refund in the mail, this paper check will look similar, but will be labeled “Payment economic impact ”in the memo field .

The eip card too It will come in a white envelope that will prominently display the seal of the United States Department of the Treasury. The card has the name of Visa on the front and the issuing bank , MetaBank, NA on the reverse.
EIP Cards issued for the previous payments will not be reused for the latest round of payments. One way to monitor payments on the third check is using the IRS “Get My Payment” tool , where you can check its status.
You can also use the free USPS service called Informed Delivery that allows you to know when your mail will arrive, if it is the case.
