In August of 2017 the names of the former footballer Rafael Márquez and Julión Álvarez were on everyone’s lips, but it was not because of their work on the courts or on stage, but because of have been linked, together with 19 more people, with the drug trafficker Raúl Flores Hernández, better known as ‘El Tío’ , an independent kingpin linked to the Sinaloa Cartel and the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel.

Today the name of ‘El Tío’, who was extradited to the United States on February 7 , made the news again after some youtubers invaded his abandoned mansion in Za popan, in the state of Jalisco.

Through a video, lasting longer than 28 minutes, the ‘Silent Gdl’ account showed the status it is currently in the property.

From what we could see, the property is in abandonment, it was looted and shows an advanced state of destruction in doors and windows, while its walls are graffiti .

The mansion not only attracts attention for its size and the luxuries it housed at the time, but also for its domes, in which you can see the images of various religious figures.

In some of the broadcast images we could see that the residence had a billiard room, fronton, bars, events room, swimming pool in the second floor with folding roof, sauna, attic, among other rooms.

Inside there were also some tunnels, which were surely used by the cap or to flee with his family when required.

Outside there were extensive green areas, a pool with its respective slide, jacuzzi, dressing rooms, as well as various fountains and a soccer field, a sport that ‘El Tío’ is very fond of, to such an extent that he had his own soccer team.

The property was seized, in 2009, by the then Attorney General’s Office of the Republic after an investigation for operations with resources of illicit origin.
