MEXICO – The President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and the United States, Joe Biden , will hold a virtual meeting next Monday to talk of “the vision and shared objectives of the bilateral agenda”, reported this Friday the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Relations.
“Next Monday, March 1, the first bilateral meeting of the presidents of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, and of the United States, Joe Biden. I will be reporting topics and participants from both governments. A new stage of cooperation begins ”, published the Mexican Foreign Minister, Marcelo Ebrard, On twitter.

López Obrado r, with a very close relationship with former President Donald Trump, was one of the last leaders to congratulate Biden on his electoral victory in November, a triumph for which he finally congratulated him by letter.
The Ministry of Foreign Relations expanded the information with a statement in which it explained that the leaders “will address cooperation mechanisms to address the structural causes of migration in northern Central America and southern Mexico.”
