Erika Csiszer’s also ex-boyfriend bought the second most expensive landlocked house in Miami Beach history

The Mexican businessman Germán Rosete , who in the past was a partner of Zuleyka Rivera Y Erika Csiszer , shook the market of Miami Beach with the purchase of a spectacular mansion.
The property, located in North Hibiscus Drive, was purchased by the current Venezuelan’s boyfriend Osmariel Villalobos after disbursing $ 6.5 million .
The operation was closed last 17 February.
The amount paid was the second most expensive in history for a house n or located in front of the sea in the area, only behind the emblematic Villa Casa Casaurina , which belonged to Gianni Versace and was sold in 2013 by $ 41. $ 5 million.
The new house of the also film producer has an extension of 8, 147 square feet, with six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms.
Rosete will be the first inhabitant of the residence, so in the promotional videos and in the photographs it is shown unfurnished.
