The English models Poppy and Cara Delevingne decided to put up for sale the luxurious mansion that they bought, in 2017, to Jared Leto .
The property, built in 1955, was acquired by the also actresses after spending just over $ 2, , 000 of dollars.
Although only four years have passed since the purchase, the two sisters came out very good for business, as they announced it in $ 3, 750, 000 dollars , so we will have to see if they achieve their mission of selling it at that price.
The increase in the cost of the property is due to the fact that the two sisters invested a large sum of money in remodeling, by having hired the architect Nicoló Bini to take over those jobs.
“I wanted to create a real LA moment for them, with nods to mid-century California modern bohemia , Laurel Canyon, the great show of Beverly Hills, surf culture and a little bit of Mexico. Then we put all of that together with Cara and Poppy’s English to give the house another layer of Delevingne charm, “said the famed architect in an interview with Architectural Digest.
According to the data sheet, the Delevingne house has an extension of 4, 000 square feet and is distributed over two floors.
Inside it has with kitchen, dining room, living room, main room, bar and even with a soundproof party room that connects with Cara’s bedroom.
The party room does not ask for anything from one of the best nightclubs, it has great sound and lighting, as well as a pole dance.
Outside the house there is a backyard, a Lagoon-style pool and plenty of space for outdoor entertaining.
