The FBI arrested Greg Rubenacker, a DJ from Long Island (NY), after identifying him as one of the assailants on the National Capitol because he published images of him smoking marijuana in the roundabout of the federal building.

The announcement was made by prosecutors yesterday, the same day it began the trial in Congress of former President Donald Trump for his alleged incitement to insurrection on January 6, in opposing Joe Biden’s voter certification.

Rubenacker, resident of Farmindale , was accused of disorderly conduct, among other charges, pointed out Pix 11. He posted videos of himself storming the Capitol and smoking inside the rotunda, prosecutors said.
