Biden’s plan includes mobilizing more staff to support the vaccination effort, launching a public education campaign to serve those who hesitate to take the vaccine, and focuses on ensuring equitable access to the vaccine across the country.

Biden stated that the country is still in a “very dark winter” due to the pandemic of the covid – 19 and warned that “things are going to get worse before they get better” .
