The property, dating from the year 1923, was acquired by the also singer and her husband, Christopher French , in 2019, after disbursing $ 4, 100, 000 dollars .
Although it has been a very short time since they bought it, the couple believes that you can sell it for $ 5, 795, 000 of dollars, a figure slightly higher than what they paid at the time.
