9 San Diego inmates allegedly stole more than $ 165,000 from California Unemployment Insurance

The Ronald Davenport men of 28 years; Zachary Frost from 31 ; Larry Van Johnson of 51; Daniel Eric Kisner from 42; Paul Ryan Owens of 41; Louis Terrell Bannister of 31; Erik Mikeal Nemec from 32 ; Roberto Ochoa from 27 and Javion Wallace from 26 years, could face a new sentence of three and a half years .

In mid-November, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Centers, who conducted the investigation together with MCRP agents, determined that the new subjects would have stolen in total $ 166,132 Dollars in Unemployment Insurance funds.
